In smaller applications, standard resolution cameras (hi-rez 570 lines) can produce sufficient forensic video with a non mega pixel type camera. This type of system was considered "high resolution" prior to the advent of mega pixel cameras. Below is several types of 570 line color cameras, Digital Video Recorder (DVR), and monitor. DVRs record video to an internal hard drive.
